But here’s the deal — we expect you to use your board and enjoy it. Scratches, scrapes, and cuts will happen — it’s part of the story and character of the board. That’s the beauty of a real, working tool. We’re not responsible for those, but trust us, it just adds to the legend.

However, if for any reason you’re dissatisfied with your board (though we doubt it), or if it splits despite proper care (extremely unlikely), we’ll offer a full refund — just reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your board, and we’ll make it right.
